The State Meteorological Agency has activated yellow warnings for haze and strong winds for this Carnival Saturday in Lanzarote.
The wind warning will be activated at 9 a.m., while the haze warning will begin at 12 p.m., both remaining active until midnight.
According to the Aemet forecast, wind gusts of up to 70 kilometers per hour are expected, which in the afternoon could reach up to 80, mainly affecting the western half and southern end of the island.
Regarding the haze, Aemet predicts that visibility will be reduced to about 3,000 meters and that the situation will also worsen during the afternoon, with a probable reduction in visibility below 1,500 meters.
