The Garoé storm left some rainfall in Lanzarote this Wednesday that has made some of the island's ravines run. However, the rains have fallen in a localized and irregular manner.

In the northeast area of Lanzarote is where the rains have been most abundant with just over 42 liters per square meter recorded this Wednesday, January 22. These rains have left unusual images on the island with the Hurón ravine that crossed Costa Teguise with quite a bit of water in its channel.

On the other hand, in other areas of the island, the rain has been noticeable but without large records. In the municipalities of the center of the island, it has barely reached 6 liters per square meter and 3 in the Arrecife area.

The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) predicts that on this Thursday, cloudy intervals are expected, with probable scattered and occasional showers. In addition, isolated storms are not ruled out until noon. As for temperatures, they will experience little change or a slight decrease on the east coasts. The wind will blow weakly from the north, increasing to moderate at the end of the day.
