The Ministry of Justice has created a Notarial Demarcation in the municipality of Yaiza, with Second category. The Royal Decree of creation, which was debated in the Council of Ministers on February 9, has already been published on March 17 in the Official State Gazette.
This creation arises after the revision of the Notarial Demarcation, according to article 4 of the Notarial Regulations, which orders that these areas be reviewed every ten years. Due to this study and the economic growth registered in the southern municipality, Yaiza will have a Notary Office in its territory.
The creation of this Notarial Demarcation will contribute to the residents of southern Lanzarote having more public services.
