The ICU of the Molina Orosa empties but the admissions of Covid patients in the ward increase

There are now 27 people who remain admitted to the enabled ward, in addition to another 8 patients at the Insular Hospital

The Intensive Care Unit of the José Molina Orosa Hospital has been emptied of Covid patients, according to the Lanzarote Health Area. However, the number of people admitted to the Covid ward has increased, and there are now 27 people in that area.

The ages of the admitted patients range from 44 days, of the baby who is still admitted, to 97 years.

In addition, at the Insular Hospital there are still 8 patients affected by the possible Covid outbreak in the center, after seven new positives were confirmed this Thursday of patients who were already admitted to the health center.

In this way, Lanzarote has a total of 35 people admitted with coronavirus, thus reaching the maximum number in this sixth wave.
