The Department of Tourism of the Arrecife City Council has positively assessed the first edition of the Minuature Enyesque Lanzarote, which came to an end last weekend, in which the conejero chef Yeray Gil, from Primerio Gastrobar in Playa Blanca, was the winner.
The Castillo de San José hosted two evenings of the Miniature Enyesque edition, in which attendees were able to taste some of the pintxos prepared by the edition's chefs.
The day on Saturday the 23rd was attended by numerous people linked to the business and hotel world. In addition, people belonging to the institutions also attended, such as the president of the Cabildo, María Dolores Corujo, accompanied by some councilors of the Corporation, as well as the Councilor for Tourism of Arrecife, Armando Santana.
"We are very happy, because we have seen the quality and the impact that the Miniature has. The purposes that we had set ourselves have been achieved, we must remember that this is a professional congress and the sector is quite happy with what has happened," said the Councilor for Commerce and Tourism, Armando Santana.
"It has been a firm commitment by the City Council, and we must also point out the collaboration of the Cabildo de Lanzarote, the Government of the Canary Islands and Felapyme," added Santana.
