Lanzarote continues with 16 active cases of coronavirus as there have been no new discharges in the last 24 hours and no positive cases have been registered for the tenth consecutive day.
As for the number of accumulated cases, it remains at 84, since the island counts a total of 63 discharges since the beginning of the pandemic and five deaths.
Five people remain admitted to the Molina Orosa Hospital, three on the ward and two in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), while 11 people are in home isolation.
This Monday, 17 samples taken on the island were analyzed, 16 from new patients, all of them giving negative results. In addition, 157 samples were taken that are pending results.
