Conferences, exhibitions, documentaries and workshops will be integrated into the Haría Cultural Week, which will be held from October 3 to 11. All these activities, aimed at disseminating the ethnographic and cultural heritage of the municipality, are framed under the name "Haría: history, culture and traditions".
Throughout these eight days, there will be conferences, visits to the workshops of the artisans of the municipality, exhibitions on the life of the Lanzarote farmer in the first half of the 20th century, as well as the screening of documentaries about the agricultural activities of the island, among many other activities.
A week of great variety of leisure offer, which has been organized by the Department of Agriculture and Livestock of the Haría City Council, the "Fundación Canaria José Clavijo y Fajardo", the La Tegala Socio-Cultural Center of Haría and the "Asociación del Vino y el Queso de Lanzarote".
Aguapata Festival
In addition, the organizers of the cultural week will close the activities with the celebration of the Aguapata Festival. A festival "of the harvest and wine that mysteriously surrounds what surrounds it" and that will be held on Sunday, October 11, at 12 noon, in the Haría square. A snack will be served to all attendees and the aguapata of the 2009 harvest will be tasted.
From the municipality they are calling for attendees to come to the Aguapata Festival in Canarian attire.

-Monday, October 5.- At 8:30 p.m. at the La Tegala Socio-Cultural Center of Haría. Conference on "Culture in Lanzarote, need for a pact", by D. Félix Martín Hormiga.
-Wednesday, October 7.- At 8:30 p.m. at the La Tegala Socio-Cultural Center of Haría. Conference on the "History of Lanzarote wine and its relationship with Canarian wines", by D. Juan Otamendi Rodríguez Betancourt.
-Friday, October 9.- At 8:30 p.m. at the La Tegala Socio-Cultural Center of Haría. Conference on the "Roots of our idiomatic identity", by D. Manuel Torres Stinga.
Exhibitions
-La Tegala Socio-Cultural Center of Haría. Opening: Saturday, October 3, at 11 a.m. The following will be exhibited:
a).- Miniature works made by D. Manuel Fernando Fontes Dorta on different aspects of the daily life of the Lanzarote farmer in the 20th century.
b).- Carpentry works by the master craftsman D. Manuel Perdomo Cabrera.
c).- Utensils and other materials of great cultural interest, very common in the 20th century owned by D. José García Hernández.
The exhibition will remain open to the public from October 3 to 9, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
-Exhibition hall "El Aljibe de Haría". Opening: Saturday, October 3, at 12 noon. The works linked to the "Agrarian Heritage of Lanzarote" will be shown, in which a historical tour of the culture of wine on the island is made from the 17th century to today. Aspects of the traditional architecture of Lanzarote will also be shown.
The exhibition will remain open to the public from October 3 to 9, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Workshops
They will be open to the public in the Haría Craft House, the artisan's own workshop and in other spaces enabled for this purpose. They can be visited from October 5 to 9, in the morning, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
