The General Directorate of Security and Emergencies of the Canary Islands Government declared this Friday a pre-alert starting next Sunday night due to rain and wind throughout the Canary Islands. In Lanzarote and Graciosa, the storm is expected to arrive with more force on Monday morning.
The State Meteorological Agency has reported that the rotation of the wind will change to the southwest and gusts of up to 70 kilometers per hour are expected.
Given these forecasts, the Emergency Consortium recommends that citizens pay attention to weather forecasts and the authorities in this regard.
