Emergency personnel found dead this Monday a 50-year-old foreign woman in a house in Punta Mujeres. According to La Voz, she was an agent of the Italian police who resided in a rented property in the coastal town of Haría.

As reported by the Councilor for Animal Welfare of Haría, Marcos Lemes, this foreign citizen had a pet, a dog named Pancho. After being located in a dog shelter since last Monday, Pancho will spend the next 21 days with a friend of the deceased.

Marcos is an Italian resident in Punta Mujeres, who usually walked his pet in the company of the Italian agent and Pancho. Now he has processed the papers together with the Animal Welfare area to adopt him temporarily and after 21 days to turn it into a definitive adoption.

"The dog Pancho is a sweetheart of a dog, even though chihuahuas have their personal genius, but he is a sweetheart of a dog", the councilor confessed in statements to this media.
