The Canary Islands has registered 211 new cases of Covid-19 in the last day, as reported by the Ministry of Health. In addition, the death of a 75-year-old man in Tenerife has been reported, who suffered from "previous pathologies" and was in hospital.
The Accumulated Incidence at 7 days in the Canary Islands stands at 72.8 cases per 100,000 inhabitants and at 14 days at 135.16 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.
By islands, Tenerife adds 104 cases this Tuesday, Gran Canaria 89 cases, Lanzarote 10, Fuerteventura 6, La Palma and El Hierro one and La Gomera none.
To date, a total of 998,383 PCR tests have been carried out in the Islands, of which 2,601 correspond to the last 24 hours.
