The Yaiza City Council and the National Police facilitate the processing of the DNI with a new day in Playa Blanca. The Mobile DNI Team of the Arrecife Police Station will move on April 16 to the Municipal Office, located in the Bus Station, to facilitate this procedure for Yaiza residents who request it by appointment. This day, they indicate from the Consistory, is especially designed for people with reduced mobility, the elderly and first registration documentation, which involves a longer processing time and the mandatory presence of one of the parents in the case of minors.

To request an appointment for this day, Yaiza residents should call 928 830 107, from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Although the issuance of the document is scheduled for Monday, April 16, it will be necessary for interested parties to return on Wednesday the 18th for a new fingerprinting and withdrawal of the identity card.

The Police emphasizes to those who process the DNI in the Mobile Team that they cannot withdraw it later at the Arrecife Police Station, so it is essential to attend both days. Likewise, it is reported that in Playa Blanca or on any day of the Mobile Team, documents that require a change of affiliation cannot be processed, since these are always processed at the Arrecife Police Station.
