This Wednesday, June 8, María López Negrete, widow of Julio Sánchez Paz and mother of journalist José Ramón and Julio, has passed away.
Together with her husband, they ran the El Ancla sweet shop, in front of the Agustín Espinosa Institute. María was a hard-working woman and always had a smile on her face.
The wake is installed in the Mémora funeral home, in Arrecife, where, at 5:00 p.m., the word of God will be said and the cremation of the mortal remains will proceed.
