Active cases now amount to 1,087 on the island

Lanzarote registers 95 positive cases of Covid in the last day, as reported by the Ministry of Health.

Active cases rise to 1,087 after no discharges in the last 24 hours.

The cumulative incidence at 7 days continues to rise to 489.69 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, with an increase of almost 7 points compared to the previous day. At 14 days it is already at 707.9 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, also with an increase of almost 30 points compared to Wednesday.

As for diagnostic tests, about 970 were performed this Friday, a much lower amount than on Thursday.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, 8,896 cases of coronavirus have been diagnosed in Lanzarote, of which 7,756 have already overcome the disease and 54 have died.
