Lanzarote registers 92 new positive cases of covid

Lanzarote registers 92 new positives, as reported by the Ministry of Health of the Government of the Canary Islands.

The number of active cases this Sunday amounts to 1,179. According to what Sanidad publishes, there have been no discharges in the last 24 hours.

The accumulated incidence at 7 days continues to rise until reaching 517.93 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, with an increase of almost 28 points compared to the previous day. At 14 days it is already at 748.34 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, also with an increase of almost 40 points compared to Wednesday.

Regarding diagnostic tests, this Saturday 762 were carried out, a lower amount than Friday when 970 pcrs were carried out.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, 8,988 cases of coronavirus have been diagnosed in Lanzarote, of which 7,756 have already overcome the disease and 54 have died.
