Lanzarote registers 225 positive cases of Covid, according to the Ministry of Health of the Government of the Canary Islands.

For the first time the island exceeds two thousand active cases with 2,018. This Friday there were 106 medical discharges in the last 24 hours.

The accumulated incidence at 7 days continues to increase to 1,044.21 cases per 100,000 inhabitants. At 14 days it is already at 1,550.59 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, 90 points more than the previous day.

Regarding the tests carried out, this Friday 1,199 were carried out, a lower amount than the previous day.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, 10,549 cases of coronavirus have been diagnosed in Lanzarote, of which 8,476 have already overcome the disease and 56 have died.
