Active cases rise to 4,386 after only two medical discharges

Lanzarote registers 182 positive cases of Covid in the last day, as reported by the Ministry of Health of the Government of the Canary Islands.

Active cases rise to 4,386 after only two medical discharges.

With the data from this day, the accumulated incidence at 7 days has slightly decreased by about 8 points and stands at 1,519.78 cases per 100,000 inhabitants. Regarding the incidence at 14 days, it has increased by about 90 points and is already at 2,642.93 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.

This Saturday about 620 PCR tests were performed, about 500 less than the day before when only 1,100 tests were performed on the island.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, 13,153 cases of coronavirus have been diagnosed in Lanzarote, of which 8,711 have already overcome the disease and 56 have died.
