Lanzarote already registers 67 accumulated cases of coronavirus, having added two new positives in the last 24 hours.

As for the number of active cases is 61, since three patients have been discharged on the island and there have been three deaths.

The latest balance corresponding to Thursday night reflects a decrease in the number of admissions to the Molina Orosa Hospital, which has gone from 22 to 18 people. And, these patients have been discharged from the hospital, but not medically discharged.

Of the 18 admitted to the Molina Orosa Hospital, there are nine on the ward and another nine in the Intensive Care Medicine Unit (ICU). There are 43 people in home isolation.

This Thursday, nine samples were taken in Lanzarote for analysis and the two new positives were received from a total of 52 samples sent to Gran Canaria the previous day, of which the remaining 50 tested negative.
