The former president of the Cabildo of Lanzarote and writer from Arrecife, Antonio Lorenzo Martín, has died this Tuesday on the island. Lorenzo was named official chronicler by the Arrecife City Council in 2010.
Lorenzo was president of the Cabildo of Lanzarote between April 19, 1979 and May 23, 1983.
