Inaccessible for most, but a dream for all. With spectacular sea views, art galleries, spacious rooms, swimming pools and modern designs. Five of the ten most beautiful homes for sale in the Canary Islands, according to a study by idealista.com, are located in Lanzarote.
Many will have to settle for enjoying the photographs of these unique villas, since the price of some of them is only within the reach of the most privileged. The most expensive house is located in Tías and its price amounts to a whopping 5.5 million euros. Anyone who has 22,919 euros a month to pay the mortgage in a term of 30 years will be able to acquire this mansion.
Its privileged view, its private access to the beach and its 700 square meters make this house a unique place. It consists of four bedrooms and five bathrooms, as well as a swimming pool from which you can see the sea. Gardens, glass windows, and multiple spaces with views of the beach complete this dream villa.
Something more accessible, although also prohibited for many, is a house located in Playa Blanca. 3,605 euros per month will be enough to pay for this house, which costs 865,000 euros. Located in the Urbanización de Los Claveles, the magnificent villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed in its 250 square meters.
From the terrace of this house you can also see the sea and, you can even see the nearby island of Fuerteventura. Designer furniture, large spaces, artistic paintings and huge gardens make up this building for sale.
Housing in Puerto Calero
300 square meters, four bedrooms, four bathrooms and 800,000 euros of price are the characteristics of another house in Puerto Calero. Swimming pool, terraces, bathtubs, hydromassage and a huge living room are available to people who are able to pay a mortgage of 3,334 euros per month.
800,000 euros is also the price of a mansion in San Bartolomé. Its surface is exorbitant: 1,900 square meters, in which there are five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The mansion has tennis courts, an indoor pool, a terrace with sea views and a garage for more than three spaces.
Another of the buildings included in the list of idelista.com about the ten best houses in the Canary archipelago rises in Teguise. Perfect for people in love with art, this villa has galleries with endless paintings. Its walls are plagued with canvases with a very modern touch, which add color to each room of this place.
Its price, however, is not even half as exorbitant as the homes already mentioned. The house costs 380,000 euros, which means facing a mortgage of 1,584 euros per month for 30 years. This independent villa has an area of 400 square meters and consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
According to idealista.com, the other five most beautiful houses that are currently for sale in the Canary Islands are located three in La Palma, one in Fuerteventura and one in Gran Canaria. The most expensive is on this last island and costs 1,983,350 euros. On the contrary, the beautiful house located on a cliff in La Palma is worth much less, 298,000 euros. Of course, the chalet with a more exorbitant price and, therefore, inaccessible to the average citizen is located in Tías, Lanzarote.
