The Ministry of Health of the Government of the Canary Islands reports two new cases of monkeypox since this Tuesday, with no new cases under study.
Therefore, since the beginning of the declaration of the health alert there are 100 confirmed cases, of which 68 were detected in Gran Canaria, 30 in Tenerife and two in Fuerteventura.
All active cases are having mild symptoms and remain in home isolation, receiving follow-up from Primary Care.
There is also a probable case, which is still pending confirmation, notified in Fuerteventura.
