Alberto García Cabrera from Lanzarote has become the new Mister Spain 2010. In a gala held this Sunday at the Auditorium of the Hotel Beatriz, in Toledo, the 'conejero' was proclaimed the most handsome man in Spain.

Alberto García, 25 years old, had already won the title of Mister Las Palmas 2009, and now he has achieved the most coveted beauty award in Spain. After him, David Hernández, from Toledo, and Rafael López, from Córdoba, came in first and second place, respectively.

Alberto García is a native of Lanzarote, and until now he worked as an air force soldier at the Lanzarote aerodrome. He has brown eyes, dark hair and measures 1.92 meters in height. The 'conejero' practices several sports such as soccer, swimming and paddle tennis.

The gala, broadcast live on the Internet, began at approximately 8:00 p.m. Paula Guilló, Miss Spain 2010, and Luis Muñoz, Mister Spain 2007, were in charge of presenting the event, which featured performances by the pop rock group Dejando Huella, the singer-songwriter Héctor Lera and the power pop group Cool.
