Aemet forecasts light rain and clouds for this weekend in Lanzarote

In addition, the wind will be present this Sunday on the island with gusts of up to 40 kilometers per hour in Haría, Yaiza and Tías

The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) has predicted light rain and clouds for this weekend in Lanzarote. According to Aemet's forecast, cloudy skies will prevail during both days on the island on Saturday and Sunday.

On Saturday, May 18, the sky will be cloudy during the morning, at which time some light and isolated rain is not ruled out. The sky will tend to be partly cloudy during the rest of the day, according to Aemet.

In addition, temperatures will not change much, with a maximum of 24 degrees and a minimum of 17 in Arrecife. As for the wind, it will blow from the moderate northeast in Lanzarote.

On Sunday, May 19, the sky will continue to be cloudy in the various areas of the island. In the capital of Lanzarote, the sky will be very cloudy and in the municipalities of Yaiza, Tías and Haría it will only be cloudy. As for Teguise and Tinajo, there will be few clouds throughout the day.

Like Saturday, temperatures will not vary much, with a minimum of 17 degrees and a maximum of 25 in Arrecife. Also the wind will blow at 40 kilometers per hour in Haría, Yaiza and Tías.
