Passengers on Iberia flight 1502, covering the Lanzarote-Madrid route, experienced an ordeal this Thursday after being removed from the plane minutes after boarding. The company cited "a problem in the hold" and announced an initial delay of one hour. However, the hours passed without concrete solutions.

At noon, passengers received a voucher for lunch, but the situation became complicated when, around 5:00 p.m., they were informed of the definitive cancellation of the flight. Until 7:00 p.m., there was no clear information on whether they would be rebooked on another flight the next day or whether the airline would provide them with accommodation.

Those affected criticized the lack of communication and organization on the part of Iberia, which left dozens of people stranded without immediate answers. Many expressed their discomfort at the uncertainty and lack of alternatives after a day marked by delays and disorganization.
