The Canary Islands Workers' Union Front reproaches the management for "breaching the collective agreement and keeping the center workers in suspense due to the delay in payment of the productivity bonus."

"While the centers do not stop paying and covering expenses for all the municipalities, the Cabildo and private entities on the island, the center workers are still not receiving the productivity bonus for 2022 and 2023," the union denounces.

In addition, FSOC has demanded that the councilor "convene a board of directors to provide explanations for the delay and refusal to pay workers for their work and effort."

The collective agreement "came from the effort of many months of negotiation in the previous legislature" and was approved in this legislature by all political parties in the current term.
