Costa Teguise has woken up this Sunday without water. A fault in the Las Piteras street pipe that supplies the coastal town is the cause, as reported by Canal Gestión.
From the company in charge of managing the service, they explain that "the operators and repair service of Canal Gestión Lanzarote are already working on the solution but for the moment it is unknown when the supply can be restored."
In this case, the lack of water affects not only tourists but also residents who are approaching 10,000. It is not the first time that this pipe has suffered a breakdown, something that also affects hotel establishments and other businesses in the area.
