The Civil Guard of the Main Post of Tías arrested on August 20 two people with initials A.E.G.G. and I.B.G. - aged between 50 and 44 years, the first with numerous police records - as alleged perpetrators of a crime of trespassing.
Around 12:00 hours the Civil Guard was alerted by the possible illegal occupation of a house by two people, immediately a patrol of agents went to the location.
Upon arriving at the apartment in question, located in a complex on Bélgica street, the agents surprised A.E.G.G. and I.B.G. taking the furniture out of the apartment in question, as well as any personal object that could suggest that it was an inhabited property, such as family photographs or even a baby cot belonging to the child of the residents.
The agents observed that the door was broken, so they immediately arrested the individuals involved as alleged perpetrators of a crime of trespassing; after contacting the legitimate owners and arriving at the house, they explained to the agents that they had left the house moments before, recognizing all the effects that were outside as their property.
The detainees have been placed at the disposal of the corresponding Court, on guard duty, of Arrecife.
