Firefighters rescued two hikers on Friday night who had gotten lost on the Tenésara Trail in the municipality of Tinajo. Apparently, it had gotten dark on them, they didn't have flashlights, and they had strayed off the trail.

After being alerted by the CECOES, the Emergency Consortium and the Local Police went to the scene. The firefighters entered with all-terrain vehicles to the end of the track past Tenésara, where they found the Local Police officers who provided them with the phone number of one of the lost people.

The emergency teams activated the location and found them after walking for about fifteen minutes; they were off the path and in perfect condition. The firefighters gave them two flashlights, accompanied them to the vehicles, and took them to Tenésara, where they had their cars.

Finally, the Local Police identified them.
