The Lanzarote Emergency Consortium has reported the absence of serious incidents in the first hours of this day in which the alert for strong winds and coastal phenomena has been decreed. Around 11:00 a.m., firefighters had to cut and lower a methacrylate sheet that had been suspended in the air on the roof of an industrial building in front of the airport to a safe area.
Only one route made by the Líneas Romero boat from La Graciosa to Órzola has been suspended due to bad weather.
So far, wind gusts of there is wind of 45km and gusts of 67 at the Guacimeta Airport, andn Tinajo winds of 49 km and gusts of 78km have been recorded and en Haría wind gusts of 36km have been recorded, reaching 60km.
