Agents of the Local Police and the Nature Protection Service (Seprona) of the Civil Guard are looking for a lost snake in Costa Teguise. Apparently it is a python between two and three meters of yellow color. Along with the security forces, employees of the Water Consortium have joined to search for the reptile in the manholes of the area and members of the animal rescue unit.

A couple, owner of an empty plot in the area, would have observed the presence of the animal inside their property on Monday when they went to make a visit. They alerted the security forces so that they would carry out the location of the snake. In the area there are numerous gorse and palm trees which makes it more difficult to find the animal.
