Salvamar rescued a boat near Lanzarote this Friday. According to the Emergency Consortium, there were 40 people on board, including 15 women, one pregnant woman, and five children.
At around 9:00 p.m. they were transferred to the Commercial pier where they were assisted by the Red Cross.
The pregnant woman has been evacuated to Molina Orosa.
