A woman was injured on Thursday night in an accident involving four vehicles in Costa Teguise, as reported by the Emergency Consortium. One of the cars overturned due to the impact and remained in the middle of the road.
The multiple collision occurred at 22:47 on Avenida del Mar in the tourist town. Once alerted by the CECOES, agents of the Local Police and an ambulance of the Canary Emergency Service moved to the site.
The only person affected was able to leave the vehicle on her own and was treated on site by the health personnel.
For their part, the firefighters disconnected the battery of the vehicles involved and placed one of the vehicles off the road, to later clean the road and leave the road in perfect traffic conditions.
The agents of the Local Police regulated the traffic and made the corresponding report.
