A 19-year-old has been injured this Thursday after being attacked by a man in a parking lot in Arrecife.
The events took place on Luis Fajardo Ferrer street where, according to witnesses, the young man was "so calm" when a man arrived and hit him "with a stone." "He opened his head," the area's parking attendant, who attended to the injured man, told La Voz.
"He was bleeding and I grabbed a towel I had and put it on him," said this witness, who also helped the victim clean the wound with some water.
After the events, the National Police and an ambulance from the Canary Emergency Service went to the area to attend to the injured man. As confirmed by the police force, the young man was transferred to a medical center to be treated for his injuries, although they were not serious, and he will be asked to file the corresponding complaint so that the National Police can investigate what happened.
