A 38-year-old cyclist has been moderately injured after suffering a fall between Pedro Barba and Caleta de Sebo in La Graciosa. Once assisted at the health center, he has been evacuated from the island and taken to Molina Orosa.
The event took place at 15:22 this Saturday, April 30. Once alerted by the CECOES, a doctor and nurse from the La Graciosa health center, two ambulances, one basic life support and one medicalized, Emerlan and Local Police have participated.
The medical team at the health center has assessed and assisted the affected person who, at the initial moment of assistance, presented multiple contusions and various traumas of a moderate nature.
After being stabilized, he was transferred by ambulance to the port of La Graciosa and from there to the dock of Órzola. In Lanzarote, another ambulance was waiting for him, which was in charge of his transfer to Molina Orosa.
