Injured after leaving the road with her vehicle and overturning on the road to Órzola

Upon arrival of the emergency teams, the driver was partially trapped by her car, being released by the Civil Guard and the health personnel.

A 19-year-old girl has been moderately injured after leaving the road and subsequently overturning the vehicle in which she was traveling on the LZ-2, towards Órzola. The accident took place at approximately 8:12 a.m. this Tuesday when CECOES was alerted.

A basic life support ambulance from the SUC, the Emergency Consortium, Civil Guard and Local Police have been dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival of the emergency teams, the driver was partially trapped by her car, being released by the Civil Guard and the SUC ambulance personnel.

The health personnel have attended to the young woman who, at the initial moment of assistance, presented moderate multiple contusions. After being stabilized, she has been transferred in a basic life support ambulance from the SUC to the Doctor José Molina Orosa Hospital.

For their part, the firefighters have collaborated with the deployed resources. The police services have been in charge of instructing proceedings.
