A fourth person has been arrested in connection with the wave of robberies that Costa Teguise has suffered during this summer. According to police sources, it was he himself who decided to surrender, knowing that the Civil Guard was looking for him.
As La Voz de Lanzarote reported at the time, the operation carried out by the Civil Guard on August 26, in which a man, his wife and his 19-year-old daughter were arrested, was not closed, and a friend of the family was wanted who allegedly may have also participated in the robberies.
Since then, agents were looking for this person, who finally voluntarily went to the barracks on September 3. This Wednesday, A.C.R. was brought to justice.
To these four arrests, we must add two others that had been previously made by the Local Police of Teguise, and that could have put them on the trail of the alleged leader of the "gang".
