Firefighters rescued a woman who suffered a fall and could not move in her house in Playa Honda. As reported by the Emergency Consortium, the incident occurred at around 9:00 p.m. this Saturday, when the woman's screams alerted the neighbors who called CECOES.
Once on the scene, the firefighters verified that there was a woman lying on the ground and could not get up, so they proceeded to enter through an open window. Once inside, they opened the door for the paramedics to enter, who stabilized the woman, who had a possible hip fracture.
Once transferred to the ambulance, she was evacuated to the Molina Orosa hospital.
