Firefighters rescued a cat that was isolated on the roof of a house in Arrecife.
As reported by the Lanzarote Security and Emergency Consortium, the incident occurred at around 8:55 p.m. on El Isleño street. The firefighters used a ladder to access the roof of the house, thus managing to rescue the animal to hand it over to its owner.
"Firefighters also help our neighbors and animals on the Island", a neighbor, who witnessed the rescue, assures La Voz.
