The firefighters extinguished a fire that took place this Wednesday, January 6, at 11:30 p.m. in a house on Hierba Luisa Street in the town of Tinajo. The house was empty when the fire occurred. According to the manager of the Consortium, Enrique Espinosa, "the owner of the house was going to enter when he noticed the existence of smoke, so he called the firefighters."
Once transferred to the place, the firefighters saw that the fire was located in the mattress and a closet in the bedroom. "They put out the flames and took the clothes outside, since they gave off a lot of smoke," says Espinosa. According to the Consortium, although the causes of the fire are still unknown, one of the hypotheses that is being considered is that it was a consequence of a short circuit.
