An urban bus in Arrecife suffered a fire on Thursday morning while circulating with passengers near the Maneje neighborhood.
According to the Emergency and Security Consortium, the flames were coming from the rear of the vehicle, near the engine.
The company's own personnel began to extinguish the fire with several extinguishers until the firefighters arrived and continued the work with atomized water.
Agents from the National Police and the Local Police also came to the place where the bus stopped, on Iguazú Street.
