The Lanzarote Security and Emergency Consortium reported the intervention in a fire that broke out during the early hours of this Saturday, August 16, in a house located on Finlandia Street, in Puerto del Carmen.
The alert was received at 03:01 hours through CECOES 1-1-2, which reported a fire inside the house, where there were people at that time. Personnel from the Central Park and the South Park of firefighters, as well as the Civil Guard and Local Police of Tías, went to the scene.
Upon arrival, the emergency services verified that the family had managed to leave on their own and that, in addition, they had managed to put out the fire before the flames spread.
The incident was finally brought under control without any injuries being reported.
