The firefighters extinguished the fire of four containers that also affected an adjacent premises during the early hours of this Friday in Juan Negrín street, in Arrecife, as reported by the Emergency Consortium.
When the troops arrived at the place, they began extinguishing the flames with pulverized water. The intensity of the fire caused the windows of a nearby premises to break, which forced to ventilate the interior to eliminate the accumulated gases. Likewise, they proceeded to remove the damaged windows.
After extinguishing the fire, the firefighters cleaned the road and marked the area for safety. In total, three organic waste containers and one cardboard container were affected, in addition to the material damage caused to the premises.
Agents of the Local Police of Arrecife and the National Police also came to the area.
