Two people from Arrecife, one of them a minor, were arrested on Wednesday morning by agents of the Local Police of San Bartolomé for being involved in an alleged crime of robbery with force.
It was a neighbor who alerted the Local Police to the suspicious attitude of two young people and who gave the description of them. Then, the agents proceeded to carry out a raid in the center of the town, where the neighbor claimed to have seen the two individuals, and observed that a local seemed to have been the object of a criminal act.
After inspecting the place, they observed how two people fled on foot, so they followed them and finally intercepted them when they were heading with a moped, which did not have license plates, towards Arrecife on the LZ-20.
Later, the objects stolen from the aforementioned establishment were located, as well as a large pair of shears with which they had supposedly committed the crime. Given these facts, the two young men were arrested, as well as the communication of the minor's arrest to the juvenile prosecutor's office.
