Haría was the scene this Wednesday afternoon of a spectacular traffic accident, which also caused damage to a home.
Specifically, what happened was that a vehicle collided with a taxi that was parked at the stop in the center of town, displacing it against the house, whose facade was damaged.
"Thank God it didn't catch me inside," said the owner of the hit taxi, who had just left minutes before with a colleague to have a drink.

According to witnesses, the driver of the vehicle that hit the taxi had gotten into his car "just 30 meters" from the scene of the accident, starting at a "great speed." "He gave the taxi a tremendous jolt from behind," they said.
They also pointed out that they believe the driver may have been under the influence of alcohol and that he was given a breathalyzer test, although this media has not yet been able to confirm the result. "A tragedy could have occurred," they add.

However, they state that there were no personal injuries to regret and that the driver of the vehicle "got out of it on his own" and "was fine."
