A woman was slightly injured in the collision of two vehicles near the Los Cuarteles de Arrecife roundabout, as reported by the Lanzarote Security and Emergency Consortium. The accident occurred at approximately 11:48 a.m. this Friday.
After being alerted, firefighters, the Traffic Civil Guard, and an ambulance from the Canary Islands Emergency Service were dispatched to the scene. Paramedics attended to the driver of one of the vehicles, who was experiencing an anxiety attack and cervicalgia, and she was transported by ambulance to Molina Orosa Hospital.
The area was marked off to ensure safety, and the Traffic Civil Guard authorized the removal of one of the vehicles.
