Lanzarote resident Domingo Duque Robayna, known as Elías, passed away this Sunday at the age of 86.
Originally from Arrecife, he was known in the capital for running Bar Elías, located in the Cuatro Esquinas area.
Domingo was married to María Santana, known as Cheli. In addition to being the father of Arrecife PSOE councilor Cristina Duque, Mari Nieves Duque, and the late Alejandro Duque. He also leaves behind his grandchildren Alejandro, Sofía, and Pablo. He is also the father-in-law of Alfredo Mendoza.
The wake will be held at Alianza Canaria, on León y Castillo street, starting at 2:00 PM this Monday. Meanwhile, the burial will be at 1:00 PM on Tuesday afternoon.
