The death of a goat in Uga ended up requiring the presence of the Civil Guard this Tuesday. The owner of the animal contacted La Voz, stating that the baby goat had died as a result of a blow from an excavator that was carrying out works in the area. She also assures that her neighbor did not have all the papers in order to carry out these works. Her version, however, has not been confirmed by the Benemérita, which has indicated that its agents have had to go to this farm on more than one occasion, due to boundary problems between these neighbors, who belong to the same family.

According to the version of this resident of Uga, she and her family were sleeping when they heard the "noise" of the machines. When they went outside, they found "half a wall" of the farm already "broken" and the goat, which was pregnant, "dead", she points out. She adds, in addition, that the animal must have been giving birth when it died, since when they found the corpse they discovered that the young was already "coming out". "She didn't get to take it out because they hit her," she adds.

Faced with this, this family decided to call the Civil Guard and also their lawyer. According to her account, this "neighbor" did not have permission to carry out these works. She also assures that the agents told them that "the walls could not be broken", regretting that, despite this, "since the Civil Guard left", her neighbors continued with these maneuvers. This neighbor adds that they have already started the procedures to report what happened in the Courts, emphasizing that they consider the death of the animal to be a "serious offense."

From the police force they have confirmed that several of their agents went to this Uga farm and that when they arrived the goat was already dead. What they have not confirmed is that this death occurred because the animal was run over by the excavator, nor the alleged illegality of the works reported by this resident of Uga. The guards carried out proceedings on what happened to bring it to the attention of the judge and recommended that both parties go to the Courts to resolve their differences. The Civil Guard points out that its agents have gone to that farm at least twice due to the "boundary" problems between that family.

The owner of the animal explains, for her part, that her lawyer told them that the "best" thing was to report what happened directly in the Courts and that they have already started the "procedure" for it. This neighbor insists that she wants what happened to "be made public", because her neighbors "don't care about anything" and "they don't care about the poor animal."
