A vehicle crashed into a lamppost, a palm tree and a traffic sign in Costa Teguise in the early hours of the morning, as reported by the Emergency Consortium.
The accident took place at around 4.30 am this Friday on Avenida de Las Palmeras in the tourist resort. After being alerted by the CECOES, agents of the Local Police, Civil Guard and firefighters were dispatched.
Once on the scene, the emergency teams disconnected the car battery and the lamppost and also, removed the tree from the road. Finally, the firefighters removed the vehicle from the road and cleaned the road. According to the Local Police, the occupants of the vehicle did not want medical assistance.
Local Police and Civil Guard directed traffic and carried out the corresponding report.
