A second boat has arrived in Lanzarote this Tuesday, in this case reaching the coast on its own means.
The boat has arrived in the Punta Mujeres area with 22 immigrants, one of them a minor. According to the first data provided by the Emergency and Security Consortium, all are males of Maghreb origin.
They have stated that they left Agadir two days ago. All are in good health.
Civil Guard officers, as well as Red Cross volunteers, have traveled to the scene.
The boat is the second to arrive on the island on this day. The first was located at sea and has been transferred to the commercial dock of Arrecife by Salvamar, with a total of 28 immigrants, of whom six have declared to be minors.
