Firefighters from the Security and Emergency Consortium rescued this Monday an elderly person who had suffered a fall inside a house in Puerto del Carmen.
After being alerted around 2:57 p.m., the firefighters went to the property, located on Volcán de la Corona street, verifying from the terrace that there was a person on the ground. The firefighters accessed the house by jumping over a wall and, after checking the condition of the affected person, proceeded to open the door for the medical personnel to access.
Once attended by the paramedics, the Security and Emergency Consortium personnel collaborated with them to place the person on the stretcher and transfer them to the ambulance, thus ending their intervention. Local Police officers also attended the scene.
