A new boat has arrived on its own at the Arrieta dock this Friday morning, as reported by the Security and Emergency Consortium.

28 immigrants, all of them adult males, arrived on the boat, who were in good health except for one of them, who was diabetic and needed an ambulance. In fact, 112 has reported that a transfer has been made to the Molina Orosa Hospital.

Civil Protection personnel from Haría and agents from the Civil Guard and Local Police, as well as Red Cross volunteers and SUC paramedics, intervened at the scene.

This is the fourth boat that has arrived on the island this month of September, which has only just begun, and which adds to the 51 that arrived between January and August.
